SWV eligibility assessment for sponsors

healthcare workers

If you are a licensed Sponsor and looking to employ a migrant worker then AORA is well suited to help you to do this yourself. This tool will help you assess whether you can obtain a visa for the worker, compute the minimum salary required and identify the documents needed. Without this tool, it could be a daunting prospect but it will help you every step of the way!

Our tool will generate questionnaires for completion by you (job and salary information) and the job applicant (personal information, education, travel history etc) so that all the data needed to complete the process is collected and managed in one place. The job applicant’s questionnaire is designed to be completed by the applicant saving you time and effort.

If the assessment is negative the tool will suggest remedial actions that you could consider, for example reducing the hours to be worked or raising the salary.

Once the job and salary requirements are met then you can use the tool and the job applicant’s questionnaire to:

  • Help you ensure that the proposed migrant worker has enough points to be eligible as a skilled worker for that job
  • Autocomplete the appropriate Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) forms on the Sponsor Management System (SMS). You review the data for accuracy and completeness before submitting the applications to the UKVI.
  • Autocomplete the Entry Clearance or Further Leave to Remain  UKVI forms – this will save you (or the applicant) a lot of time. The forms are saved ready for you to review and proceed to the payment step.

The AORA tool creates reports detailing the steps that need to be done, the applicable fees and the documentation that needs to be submitted.

If you get stuck our support staff are ready to help.

All this for only £250 per case!
