How we do it
Data Gathering
Data is gathered into AORA by a variety of methods (i) user-friendly, smartphone-compatible questionnaires; (ii) direct user input into the system via interactive question and answer sessions; (iii) via our published API, which, for example, enables interfacing between our application and customers' internal case management, recruitment, or HR systems.
We deliberately decoupled the data gathering from the core AORA system, meaning that any of the above methods can be used in conjunction. This means AORA is highly customisable to fit in with our customers' workflows.
The questionnaires are slick and dynamic so that only the relevant data is sought for that particular case, that is, they are NOT a generic, one-size-fits-all solution. They are white-labelled, presenting a consistent interface to our customers' clients.
Assessment
AORA is unique amongst automation platforms. It does not try to pattern-match a particular case with examples of previous facts or build decision trees mapping one human adviser’s process.
Instead, it turns all relevant legislation, official guidance and case data into computer-readable rules, using generative AI to significantly expedite the process. These rules are kept rigorously up-to-date and accurate. Then, our specially designed Symbolic AI tools evaluate the specific information gathered from each case, producing a definitive, explainable determination and a variety of reports.
Taking this approach is demanding - as each field of study requires intense analysis - but rewarding. Online Applications
AORA automates the process of filling out and completing official forms so that you don't have to perform this tedious and repetitive task, which also reduces the risk of manual data entry errors.
The system first consolidates data from the sources you select and checks for any inconsistencies or conflicts. If any issues are found, they are presented to the user as options to choose from. The user then selects the form to be completed, whether it’s within the Sponsor Management system or one of the online UKVI forms, such as Entry Clearance, Further Leave to Remain, or Naturalisation.
The form-filling process runs in the background, enabling the user to continue with other tasks until it is finished. Once completed, the user is shown the data chosen for each field, which can be flagged as Missing or Needs Checking (indicating where the automation bot has had to infer the data). The official record of the application is downloaded from the government website for your records.
We monitor the online forms we support daily to identify any updates or changes that may require adjustments to the automation bots.
